Ce apreciaza cel mai mult oaspetii
Villa Maria Revas are in prezent evaluari foarte bune pentru curatenie, confort, amplasare si servicii. Proprietatea se afla in partea de sud a statiunii Sunny Beach, aproape de Nessebar si la distanta mica de mers pe jos de Cacao Beach. Oaspetii apreciaza frecvent camerele si apartamentele spatioase, paturile confortabile, spatiile comune bine intretinute, atmosfera linistita si piscina exterioara placuta. Personalul primeste aprecieri deosebit de bune pentru amabilitate si disponibilitatea de a ajuta. Sunt apreciate si micul dejun, Wi-Fi gratuit si posibilitatea de parcare atunci cand exista locuri disponibile.
De ce se plang cel mai des oaspetii
Recenziile actuale sunt in mare parte foarte pozitive, dar in opiniile mai vechi apar comentarii ca interiorul si unele elemente de mobilier pot parea mai vechi decat se asteapta oaspetii de la categoria promovata. Exista critici izolate privind calitatea micului dejun, zgomotul de la bar, mici probleme tehnice si numarul limitat de locuri de parcare. Parcarea nu este garantata si depinde de disponibilitate. Deoarece multe dintre opiniile mai critice sunt vechi, acestea nu trebuie considerate reprezentative pentru nivelul actual general al proprietatii.
Cui i se potriveste acest hotel?
Villa Maria Revas este potrivita pentru cupluri, familii si turisti care cauta o cazare mai linistita in partea de sud a statiunii Sunny Beach, dar aproape atat de plaja, cat si de Nessebar. Studiourile si apartamentele spatioase sunt practice si pentru sejururi mai lungi sau familii cu copii.
Recomandarea noastra
Recomandam Villa Maria Revas ca o optiune foarte bine evaluata, cu spatii generoase, curatenie foarte buna si servicii apreciate. Principalele avantaje sunt amplasarea, confortul, piscina si evaluarile actuale ridicate. Inainte de rezervare este indicata verificarea categoriei exacte de cazare, a fotografiilor actuale, a conditiilor pentru micul dejun si parcare si daca stilul interior corespunde asteptarilor personale pentru o proprietate de categorie superioara.

Fel de calator(i): un cuplu în vacanță
The service was awful. We wanted to leave from this hotel in the morning at 7.00 but we could not because parking lot was so tiny and our car was stuck between cars. The boy who sat in the reception did not know anything, he could not even log in in the computer, to check who's car was in front of our car. So we had to wait... I just lost my patience because we had a timetible and our home was like 2800 km away but we just had to wait because we could not get our car. I insisted he would call to the manager or someone to come there and check who's car it was but nothing happened. Finnaly I said that okay I' m gonna go then and knock on each door of this hotel and ask then who's car was in font of our car. Then the boy came with me and we started knocking, what a joke. Unfortunately behind second door there was the owner of this blocking car and we could finally leave this abnormal hotel. I do not understand how it is possible in 5 stars hotel that behind reception table is a boy who does not know anything and do not even have access to the computer and information of the guests. All he did was watching a movie in his computer. So very very disappointed and would not stay there never ever. This is not a 5 star hotel, maybe 3 stars or something. The food was also awful, nothing was self- made, everything was fabricated. The juice tasted like crap.
